A Call to Make a Difference
This is an invitation to a powerful introduction to the Landmark Forum this Tuesday evening (details below). This is the seminar that has opened possibilities in my life, and has me grasp in reality that anything really is possible. It made and continues to make a great difference in my life and the life of people around me. “Anything is possible†and “Making a difference†is not just some line from the movies or from a motivational speech. It’s not wishful thinking -- I have proven it in my life that anything that I want for myself is possible, and it is up to me to cause miracles for myself and for other people. ïŠ
A breakthrough you can get in this seminar as you inquire is to be present to the context in which you live in. For example, your opinions, those conversations you have with yourself, and basically how you view yourself, others and life itself. These contexts directly affect how you act in a situation and getting present to it gives you more power and freedom to do exactly what you are committed to do. One of the “contexts†we have is resignation. Admit it, you are resigned with at least one thing in your life. For me, I was resigned about the Philippine government and our country.
What I accomplished in the Landmark Forum was to let go of my resignations in life. “He’ll never changeâ€â€¦ “I’m not like that.â€â€¦ “I can’t do it..†and “It’s never gonna happen!â€. These are the conversations in my head that make me cut off possibilities in my life. I was not aware of it, but this has been detrimental to my happiness and satisfaction -- and maybe to yours too. (Why don’t you consider this and start listening to what you tell yourself when faced with a “hopeless†situation…? ïŠ)
As a call to make a difference, not just for myself and for Filipinos, I stand for a new Philippines – a First World Philippines. I am giving up that our government and the Filipino people have no hope. This is very timely because we have a new President – someone who brings hope for everyone. But it doesn’t even begin there at all. It begins with me. And it begins with you! No matter how much hope President Aquino gives us, he will never be effective without our support and our stand for him. Hope is nothing without action of the people – WE make our own government. WE create our own country.
And as a stand that Filipinos are great and the Philippines is a first world country, I am reaching out to you and inviting you to take the Landmark Forum. Why? Because I am a stand for people to be able to create possibilities for themselves and for our country. I want to start by having people see what is possible instead of dwelling on what’s impossible -- and this is what the Landmark Forum exists for. ïŠ
